New Beginnings aka Dehner is a 14 yr old Hanoverian gelding. He is the horse everyone wants in their barn. Dehner can easily go from showing in the 3ft hunter ring at WEC to teaching walk trot lessons at home. He’s flashy and incredibly safe. He’s taken his rider all over the country to compete in all 3 rings. He required minimal preparation at shows. 
 

Dehner is safe to teach anyone anything. From hunters to equitation to jumpers he’s done it all and seen it all. Dehner took one of our lesson kids to her first horse show where they competed at 2ft, then he and his rider went and rode in the 3ft derby that same day. He’s forgiving of mistakes and super honest.
 

Dehner is looking for more of a step down job due to his age. He’d be happiest doing a 2’6-2’9 job. He requires usual maintenance. Dehner's only vice is that he cribs after meals, though it is controlled with a collar, otherwise he clips, loads, and stands for the farrier perfectly.
